Terms and conditions- Use of the designs and NFTs for any purposes intended for resale or commercial use is strictly prohibited without the purchase of a Commercial Use License and shall include both physical and print. This shall include use on products or services, marketing materials promoting or advertising the sale of products or services, graphic design, use as part of or as an entire trademark, making or reselling copies of the designs, use as part of electronic or digital templates (for example, website templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, brochure design templates) for sale as well as cover for books or e-books. Such prohibited uses include, but not limited to, cards, stationery items, paper products, calendars, apparel items, posters (printed on paper, canvas, or any other media), DVDs and mobile applications. In addition, you may not assert any right to revenue from a collecting society, social media website, Content sharing platform or any other third party in respect of photocopying, digital copying, sharing, distribution or other secondary uses of the licensed Content, including derivative works based on the designs such as books, drawings, TV and animation programmes.
